For those that want to file their trademark application themselves, but unfortunately don’t have a good friend who is a trademark attorney to check it over before filing, we provide our TRADEMARK-THIS! U.S. Trademark Office EZ Filing Form trademark application filing service.

The USPTO provides applicants an online form to fill out in order to file new trademark applications; however, for first-time or inexperienced applicants, the USPTO form is confusing and asks many questions without detailed explanations. Remember, if you fail to correctly list the “owner” of the mark, the exact mark, the specific goods and services or other important details or information, the USPTO may deem your application void at the time of filing. Further, the USPTO has limitations on materially altering the trademark or adding any good or service after filing.
