TrademarkAuthority is a simple, cost-effective method for conducting trademark clearance searches and filing U.S. trademark applications on a pre-pay, fixed-fee basis.  As a service of Pearl Cohen’s Trademark Practice Group, TrademarkAuthority will provide a low cost alternative geared to first-time trademark filers, small start-ups, entrepreneurs and computer application developers.

As a courtesy, TrademarkAuthority will offer this new trademark searching and filing service to current trademark clients for a limited time.

TrademarkAuthority legal services are “all-in” services.  The Trademark Searching and Filing Bundle includes an initial consultation, a trademark search, filing of U.S. trademarks applications and forwarding status information to clients, for one flat fee of $495.  No additional costs or fees, excluding U.S. Trademark Office (“USPTO”) Filing Fees, responses to substantive USPTO Office Actions and any post-publication requirements or actions, such as filing Statements of Use or litigating Appeals, Oppositions or Cancellations.
